Delete Account Information

How to request to delete your account:

  • Option 1) Send an email to (subject: "Delete Account") from the primary email address that is associated with your Playback account and request that your account be deleted.
  • Option 2) Sign in to Playback Rewards, go to your Profile page in the app or website, and select the "Delete Account" option.

What happens to your data when you delete your account:

All personally identifiable information will be deleted, with the exception of the following.

  • A record of email IDs and order IDs that have already earned rewards will be retained to prevent fraud and ensure duplicate rewards are not given for the same receipt.
  • Information required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance purposes will be retained only so long as that specific need requires the data.

Anonymized and disassociated statistical data may be retained.
